The final stage of the 2017 Festival...

After the imprinting show in other nations (such as Russia, Madrid and... Pordenonelegge!)
after the super - prologue in Pordenone (Interview to the Mayor and great show at the Verdi Theatre), after the resonance of the art around villages and monuments (Castle of Gorizia, Power station of Malnisio, centres of Cordovado and Fagagna, gravestone in memory of the fallen in Pordenone), after the perfect description of the electric current between the Puppet and the Human essence (from Wednesday 11th til yesterday in Pordenone),
- all of it seasoned with the people’s soul of “The Wandering Harlequin” (the Risciò stage) and with its passion for research (the program of the Masterclasses) -
Here comes, still in the complex of the former convent of San Francesco in Pordenone, the grand finale for the theme “Truer than Truth”:
- The award “Star of The Wandering Harlequin”, two days with: meeting with the artist awarded with the audience, national premiere of the show (the fourth one this year) and award ceremony/banquet;
- a look into the Wandering Harlequin 2018 project, two days with: a painful ode to the Russian Revolution, a speech on the Russian theatrical methods and a show from a contemporary Russian playwright
.... for those who may be interested, more news on the first two days if you continue with the reading...

Pordenone, Meetings Lounge Former Convent San Fracesco
MY OBJECTS, MY SUBJECTS
Claire Heggen meets the audience
AN informal conference, in which the Parisian artist describes the “personality” of the objects that accompany her on stage for the last show of hers, on stage the next day, 17th October. A fine meeting, quiet and always poetic, as the artist herself; very useful to actors, entertainers, educators, writers and artists in general.

Tuesday 17th October, 21:00
Pordenone, Church former Convent San Francesco
AETERNA
THEATRE DU MOUVEMENT Company
by and with Claire Heggen and Elsa Marquet Lienhart
An astonishing polyphony of languages, that through the joy of a dance and the poetry of objects and sounds which continuously obtain new senses, tells about rage, tenderness and sensuality, basically about life. A female life, without rhetoric but still searching for an ancestral shade that can be more perceivable in this world. A dialogue among a mother, a daughter and a puppet, in which they all share to each other their instruments of expression and their knowledge in a continuity that tastes like eternity.
... then, following the show
in collaboration with Confartigianato Imprese Pordenone
Award of the START of THE WANDERING HARLEQUIN to CLAIRE HEGGEN
With greetings from the Council and Regional Authorities
profile of the Artist by Claudia Contin Arlecchino and Ferruccio Merisi

These few notes are enough to present the reasons behind the 2017 award – year of the one that is “Truer than Truth”, year of the souls and the Iper Puppet - to Claire Heggen.
The plaque of Confartigianato Imprese Pordenone, as always designed by the “engraver and graphic designer” side of Claudia Contin Arlecchino, is awarded this year as well to an innovator of the theatre that has known how to nurture an original, continuous research, and how to organise it for the pedagogic communication.
